Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the Lovejoy Counseling Services office located?

You can find directions, a map, and parking information on our contact page. The Lovejoy Counseling Services office is located at 745 Park Street in Ashland. Please make an appointment before arriving, come about five minutes before your scheduled session time, and wait in the waiting room. Lark will meet you there at your scheduled session time. If you have difficulty finding the office, please feel free to call her at 541-708-2024.

Do you take health insurance?

Lark is an in-network provider for most health insurance plans. She can also be seen as an out-of-network provider if she is not yet in-network with your insurance plan. Your intake email will include an insurance form, and Lark’s insurance biller, Ariel Buckingham, will check your insurance benefits in order to find out such information as the amount of your current deductible and how much you can expect as a co-pay. Lark will give you this benefit information as soon as it is available. She can also help you to get benefit information directly from your insurance organization as well.

What are your cash pay (non-insurance) rates for counseling?

Lark charges standard rates based upon her level of experience and education. Because she is committed to serving people of all socio-economic brackets, some rate flexibility is available in cases of demonstrated financial need. Lark offers a short free phone consultation before the first session, and rates can be discussed at that time.

What experience do you have?
