As a licensed professional counselor, Lark Lovejoy is now accepting a growing number of health insurance plans and employee assistance programs. These include AllCare, Blomquist Hale EAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bridgespan, Cascade Centers EAP, First Choice Health, Jackson Care Connect, Magellan Behavioral Health, MODA, Morneau Shapell EPA, Optum, PacificSource, Providence, Regence, Regence EAP, Reliant, Reliant EAP, Samaritan, United Behavioral Health, and more.

Lark can also serve as an out-of-network provider if she is not yet in-network on your insurance plan. Please contact Lark’s insurance biller, Ariel Buckingham, for an updated list of accepted insurance plans or to check the details of your benefits (e.g., to find out the amount of your current deductible or to learn how much you can expect as a co-pay).
